Our Team
Grant Humphreys
Grant serves as Chairman of the Humphreys Capital Board of Directors and serves on the Investment Committee of each fund. He contributes decades of experience in real estate development and investments, which includes Carlton Landing, a DPZ-designed lakefront municipality founded by Grant in 2010. He is the past President of the National Town Builders Association, and alongside his wife, Jen, Grant founded Carlton Landing Academy, the first rural charter school in Oklahoma.
After beginning his career with Trammell Crow Company, he spent the 2000’s assembling the largest self-storage portfolio in the state. During this time, he also developed luxury, LEED-certified condominiums in downtown Oklahoma City.
Grant earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Baylor University in 1998. In 2021, he earned his MBA with TRIUM, a global executive program from three elite business schools: NYU Stern, HEC Paris, and The London School of Economics.
Grant is an instrument-rated pilot who enjoys traveling and time in the outdoors. He and Jen have five children and live in Oklahoma City.
Lance Humphreys
Lance Humphreys is a professional asset manager, investor, and community developer.
Lance is the managing partner of Triad & 410 Investments, both focused on commercial real estate and private equity. He is a managing partner of The Legacy Group, which manages Cultivate – an early stage venture accelerator in OKC. He previously founded Anthology, a national luxury property management and hospitality firm. He also founded Bloom, a social entrepreneurship firm.
Lance and his wife Stacy are both OKC natives and graduated from the University of Oklahoma, where he studied marketing. He currently serves on the boards of Crossfirst Bank and the Humphreys Real Estate Income Fund.
Lance is an avid cyclist and sailor. Lance and Stacy have two married adult children and one grandchild.
Arin Patterson
Arin Patterson joined the managing partner team at 640 Legacy Partners in October 2022. She oversees the financial management of 640 Legacy Partners working closely with the managing partners and investors.
Over the past 14 years, Arin served as a Practice Administrator among several highly reputable Healthcare organizations in the Oklahoma City area including OU Health Science Center, Integris Baptist Medical Group, and Oklahoma Kidney Care. Arin was responsible for the operational and financial success of these organizations and collaborated with senior managers and physicians to improve business metrics.
Arin was strongly led to join our team, motivated by aligned values. She is a person that lives with grace and kindness to all, valuing personal and professional relationships, with a focus on Jesus Christ.
Arin enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, 15, 10, and 6. She loves baking and can often be found in the kitchen with her family. Arin also enjoys running, photography, and sporting events in her free time.
